You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

- Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

- Wallet Pay (Apple & Google Pay)

- EFT

- Payflex

- Float

At this time, Longchamp.co.za does not accept gift cards or merchandise credits as payment methods.

3D Secure is an additional way of protecting your online purchases.

After entering your card details, you'll be asked for a code to validate your payment. This code will be sent to you by your bank.

If your payment fails to go through, you can try again via another payment method or contact your bank. For all orders placed online, the invoice will be available online the day it is shipped.

Check out with Payflex and choose to pay for your order in either 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks (25% paid upfront) OR 3 interest-free payments over 3 paydays (33,33% paid upfront). Payment is taken upon checkout.

Yes, all orders are inclusive of VAT.

This may be due to a failed payment or because it can't be verified. We recommend checking your password for your bank account, or ensure you allow pop ups for 3D Secure. If the problem persists, please contact your card provider.

We currently do not sell online gift cards.

Sitewide promotions will automatically be applied once an eligible item is added to the cart. One-time use coupon codes can be added at checkout in the "Enter Coupon" box. Please ensure that all requirements are met and that the code is typed exactly as given.
