Delivery methods, times and costs
When placing your order, you may select from one of the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: R100.00 for orders under R6000.00
- Standard Deliver: Free on orders over R6000.00
- Collection Point: A valid ID will be required when collecting your order
Items in your order may ship separately. Your order status will update when all items have shipped.
• *Business Days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays within South Africa.
• For orders placed Monday–Friday after cutoff, please allow 1 additional Business Day.
Orders placed on Longchamp.co.za may only ship within the South Africa. Longchamp.co.za does not accept orders with billing or shipping addresses outside of South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or Freight Forwarding company addresses. We require a physical street address for the delivery of our products. Please provide a valid residential or business address for accurate delivery, this ensures secure and timely shipping to your designated location.
